The Great RoomThe interior of Tropical Blessings has been painted with soft Caribbean pastels and has been decorated with complete charm and comfort by former island residents who remain enchanted with St. John to this very day. Every effort has been made to make your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. All necessities and many extras are provided for your pleasure. Other than a bathing suit, a few clothes, and some sunscreen, (and a camera for those shots you won稚 be able to resist snapping everywhere you go) you need only bring an appreciation for unparalleled beauty and the comfort of living in paradise. At Tropical Blessings you値l feel a sense of welcome the moment you walk through the door.
Completed in 2005, Tropical Blessings is comprised of 2,000 enclosed square feet so there is plenty of room for guests to spread out. The design comprises an island blend of open space and privacy that you値l love. The great room includes a fully and generously equipped gourmet kitchen where you can prepare anything from a simple picnic to take to the beach, or an elaborate dinner. A granite top breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the rest of the great room.
Main Outdoor TerraceThe great room also includes a relaxed living area with a flat screen TV and there痴 also an elegant but comfortable dining area. Step outside the great room if you wish to dine alfresco on the main terrace where you値l also find a lounging area.
The three bedrooms and three baths, like the rest of the villa are beautifully appointed. The master bedroom is large and luxurious and includes an incredibly comfortable king size bed as well as a desk where you can work at your lap top, a flat screen TV, designer furnishings, and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. There's plenty of space. Step outside and you'll find yourself on a lovely private terrace designed for two.
The Peach Room is also lovely and includes two queen size beds and a private bath. Likewise, the Blue Room is colorfully decorated, has two twin beds, and will invite anyone to enjoy its own distinctive charm. Around the corner from the Blue Room is a third private bath. And across from the Blue Room, guests will find a special nook that includes a custom built office area and a lending library. You may choose to sit down and work here on your computer, peruse the book collection, or sit down and journal about each wonderful day of your experience on St. John.
Shared PoolStep outside, meander down some gently sloped steps through a courtyard setting and you値l come to the shared pool, a wonderful place to stroll down with a morning cup of coffee as you plan your excursions for the day, relax in a lounge chair with a good book, take a dip to cool off, barbeque dinner on one of the gas grilles, or indulge in a quiet moonlight swim.
A Short Walk to TownOur property managers are top notch. They are long time island residents with a wealth of experience when it comes to meeting the needs of our guests. They値l meet you at the ferry and escort you to Tropical Blessings where they値l help you get acquainted with the property. Upon arrival you値l find a welcome basket of delightful goodies waiting for you. Our property managers will be happy to arrange jeep rentals, make reservations for day sails and other excursions, and even arrange to have the villa provisioned before your arrival if you so desire. They値l gladly answer questions and make friendly and informative suggestions and recommendations. They will be able to offer any assistance you might require and can be reached 24/7 should the need arise.
