Rates and Requirements
Despite our minimum length of stay requirements, there are occasionally gaps in our calendar, and in such cases, we are willing to accommodate a shorter stay for a minimum of four days. Nightly rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. Check in time is 3:00 p.m., while checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds are granted after the final balance is paid in advance, unless we are able to rent the villa during the time of your previous planned rental. We accept personal and bank checks as payment. A security deposit is required for possible damage or excessive cleaning. There is a nonrefundable $150 security deposit. A total of $300 will need to be paid in the form of $150 security deposit AND $150 cleaning fee is required to book a reservation.
If you are bringing young children there might be a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit due. This is decided by the owner on a case-by-case basis. Please ask the if this deposit is required for your trip.
Privacy Policy
We will never share or use your personal information for any other reason than to contact you regarding Tropical Blessings at Palm Terrace.
When a reservation is made, we will connect you with our property managers who will assist you with arranging all logistical details.
Rental Agreement
Guests will be required to complete and sign a rental agreement as part of the reservation process. This rental agreement will be sent to you after we’ve received your booking request.
